THE COMPANY
SolarPower is a wholly owned subsidiary of AstiVita Renewables Ltd .(ASX: AIR). It was founded over 5 years ago and incorporated in 2004. SolarPower obtained a SAI Global AS2712 manufacturing license in August, 2004.
